About

I'm a Business Systems Analyst and BI Consultant with 3+ years across financial services and SaaS operations, working most recently at HPE Financial Services in Glasgow. I covered North America, EMEA, APJ, and Latin America — four regions, delivering UAT leadership, data operations, and Power BI reporting on a $14.45B lease management platform.

At HPE I served as de facto NA regional lead, managing enterprise accounts including the US Navy, Bank of America, Ford, Kaiser Foundation, AT&T, and 3M. I delivered the largest single transaction in team history: 33,000+ assets reconciled across 60,000+ lease records — end-to-end, single operation.

Prior to HPE: Business Analyst at Platfio, Melbourne, fully remote. Academic foundation: MSc Advanced Computer Science, 2:1 from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
